Thai Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 3 tbsp rice vinegar
 - 1 inch fresh ginger, grated or microplaned
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 - 1 tsp sriracha or other hot sauce
 - 1 clove garlic
 - 1.5 tbsp honey
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Method
- Place all of the dressing ingredients either in a blender, and blend for about 2 minutes until well emulsified. Pour over greens of your choice. Goes well with mixed greens, carrot, shallots, spring onion, sliced oranges, capsicum, and snap peas.
