Tuna Poke-ish Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 425g cans tuna chunks in springwater, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp tonkastu sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cups white rice, cooked
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 cup edamame beans, cooked
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 nori sheet
Method
- Mix tuna (
850g), mayonnaise (1/4 cup), tonkatsu sauce (2 tbsp), soy sauce (1 tbsp), sriracha (1-2 tsp), and garlic powder (1 tsp) in a bowl.
- Serve over rice and top with desired amounts of cucumber, red capsicum, carrot, edamame beans, avocado, or any other vegatable. Serve with nori.
