Tuna Poke-ish Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 425g cans tuna chunks in springwater, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tonkastu sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1-2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cups white rice, cooked
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup edamame beans, cooked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 nori sheet

Method

  1. Mix tuna (850g), mayonnaise (1/4 cup), tonkatsu sauce (2 tbsp), soy sauce (1 tbsp), sriracha (1-2 tsp), and garlic powder (1 tsp) in a bowl.
  2. Serve over rice and top with desired amounts of cucumber, red capsicum, carrot, edamame beans, avocado, or any other vegatable. Serve with nori.
